Need help with color ID

I just picked up a trailer, and there are two different tan colors on the tailgate. The lower larger section looks better to my eye right now, and I am wondering what color (and number) it is. The top section of tan isn't bad either, and my truck will probably end up being one of these colors.

Also, which one is the "earlier" color that would be appropriate with an inverted "V" era paint job?

Ever since I got whacked in the eye, colors are a bit off for me. Thanks for any info. H.

Faded CARC Tan 686A, and not so faded CARC Tan 686A.. The faded black "YOU CAN" tells you the tan paint it is on is faded..

When my unit deployed all we did was grab the first can of tan we could find and painted.

I like how they painted over the National guards 1-800 number before deployment.

It must have seen some sun... there is a shipping label from some city in Kuwait on it, in two places.

preserve it ..if u can........

maybe some clear coating..over it.....
