I have a m35a2. I been having a problem with the injection pump hitting the steeringbox there a bolt on the steering box that punched a small hole in the injection pump I patched the pump did new engine mounts and put in washers to raise the engine a little bit to get it away from the box but still happen. I also put in the rear mounts any help would be appreciated just can't figure out why this is happening and was wondering if anyone has came across this

I used Quicksteel kinda like a jb weld I found at auto zone work really good to patch the crack. But if I take it offroad it will hit the iP in the same spot. With all new mounts and I checked the cross member the front mounts are on it still happens

You say you replaced all the motor mounts correct ? Then you have a bent frame as you should have plenty of room there.
What year is your deuce ? Does it have the large plate that the front mounts set on or the newer style ? That large plate can get bent. There was a fix for that in the PM magazine. I cannot remember the number though.

I have a '66 with civvy rigged engine mounts that hits too. I'll look and think next time I'm out around my deuces.

My suspect is the front engine crossmember. My '62 has a vertically oriented rectangular tube and the later ones have a channel that is horizontal or laid flat, and they bend and break.
