Trying to find TM 9-1015-215-30P. Does anyone have it?

I checked https://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/TM_9.aspx but could not find restriction code.

Actually, the TM 9-1015-215-30P is not listed in APD. That's because its been superseded by TM 9-1015-215-23&P. The TM 9-1015-215-23&P is listed as: C U.S. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND THEIR CONTRACTORS ONLY So I would assume that TM 9-1015-215-30P is also restricted.

Is there some reason you need restricted TM?
