Sorry for my poor English. It’s not that I don’t trust you, it’s my ignorance on this subject.

I searched for the TM number and LOGSA, but I couldn’t find anything. The name of LOGSA has been changed to LDAC. On the LDAC page, there is a link titled "Electronic Technical Manuals" (https://ent.ldac.army.mil/etmapp), but it’s not working. So, I couldn't find any information on which TMs are public and which are marked with a B code.

The restriction code is usually printed on the front cover of the TM. Code "A" means anyone can look at/purchase/copy/read/ etc. Any other distribution code is restricted to authorized people only
