It's standard hose rated for oil duty. Thats the oil drain from the turbo to the crank case. PSI should be nominal.

Would anyone know the size of that rubber tube for the turbo to crank case as well as the size of the rubber hose between the breather and the road tube.
This way I can have the parts before we tear it apart!
Thanks Jerry

Both are 1 inch ID. Make sure you get a hose made for oil and heat. If you get the incorrect hose and it swells inside, it can stop the oil drain from the turbo and then the oil is pushed out the rear or into the compressor side...a bad thing no matter which way it goes. If the hose swells on the cc vent, you will develop oil leaks all over, including the afore mentioned issue. Cummins and Cat both have hoses made just for this application, they are thin blue or orange silicone type...no, do not use regular silicone coolant hose, it will go away very fast...they are expensive litle buggers but don't leak or get all hard and last a very long time.

Thanks Fellas
Armed with this info I will go down to hose pros and see what they can do. Do you guys have any other sources in mind?
Thanks Jerry

I thought engine oil got to about 250 F. I have hyd oil that for sure reaches that temp while running equipment on the farm. The skid steer has a huge hyd oil cooler to try and keep up........I will have to check the hyd oil heat with a raytech next time i'm workin'.......Now I an curious.
