According to the Army, no. But you can drill out the rivets and seperate the impeller assy from the motor.. Dont loose the little magnet though!

dismantle pump

there were 3 screws round the top holding mine together..it then turns freely in the top housing of the assembly,,but is held in? by the impeller? so i suppose there is a way to "free this" to dismantle completely?
