About to pickup a deuce and I saw this plate, been doing some research and from what I can tell this is my overhaul date and location.

Let me know if I am right/wrong.

The pic is a bit blurry but this is what is says:

TARP- MZ.AD 09.86

MZ.AD means Mainz Army Depot

It means that the truck was physically in a Theater, in this case Western Europe, and was rebuilt "in Theater" as opposed to being shipped to the continental US for a rebuild.
The rebuild happened in Mainz, Germany.

WOW that really stinks...since it was rebuilt in Germany it means parts are gonna be expensive!!!
