Need source of a serpentine belt for M35A3C

Tanana, Alaska - right in middle of State.
Our 6X truck is our villages main search and rescue vehicle on our frontier road up here in interior Alaska. The alternator seized and broke the pulley and belt. Got an alternator coming from Southern Automotive in Michigan but the pulley and belt are a no find up here at the CAT dealer and parts stores. Belt measures approx. 1" x 64 1/2" and has 7 ridges and # on pulley is RCSK14567. I kinda run the city shop here and my job to keep things running. It's for a CAT engine model 3116, 6.6 liter. K070644 is a 7rib 65in belt found at oreillys.
