NEVADA MILITARY VECHICLE OWNERS -REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

I wanted to reach out and see if there is anyone in Nevada that recently registered their vehicle? I recently received my title and have an appointment with the DMV next month. Do they require a vehicle inspection or any modifications before they deem road worthy? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I also have the retired military vehicle form but says something about only 1000 miles per year so didnt know if I can just register it without that form?
