New Deuce owner and need help badly

Everyone already suggested the easy ways. Starter, winch and a pickup truck. I have towed one with an M105 trailer attached to it with my 1500 RAM.

Engine swap is easy or hard depending on how much you want to take out at once. You can pull the engine pack, just disconnect a couple lines and unbolt it.

Starting any balky Diesel engine with a squirt of gas is a lot easier on it than using ether. Cheaper too...

I use a dollar store plastic pump spray, a couple shots in the intake usually gets it going fine.
