There is someone selling the MEP-003A engines. The governor is part of the engine setup, all you would need is a frame and throttle cable to make a great MAC generator set. Well, that and a breaker panel, probably a cheap frequency meter.
The MAC series have no electronic control system. All magnetic. The revolving diode bridge is the only electronics, meaning they are immune to EMP. That alone is a powerful selling point, if coupled with an all mechanical diesel engine.
