just spliced it in line with the starter from the start switch.

key works great. only downfall that you can still glow the plugs without a key (if someone left it in the RUN position they would continue to cycle which i wasn't worried about for a $50 savings)
Wrapped it up with some tape and nobody is going to take the time to pull out the light switch and fumble through my wiring to steal the most conspicuous vehicle in sight

We'll have to do a convoy sometime. I drive a tan humvee and my buddy, Alex drives the green m998. pretty sure were the only ones in town driving them as a daily lol.
