Welcome, those are called model G8T. The rear axle is made by Timken. What happens with the brake drum is the brake fluid leaks out of the wheel cylinder and causes the shoes to stick to the drum. Lots of beating and prying will get things loose. You should have military data plates on the dash.

I had a 1950 F-3 and there were countersunk screws attaching the brake drums to the hubs. If there are screws, they get stuck. Heat the screw head with a torch until it glows and then it will unscrew easily.
