Just one question. Why is third gear a pain? I have a really hard time shifting to and and down in either low or high.

Well, because if first gear were a pain you'd never even leave your driveway.

There's a rally planned for April 9-12 at Denton farm park just north of Charlotte, I think Jim Henry of http://jimhenrystrucksales.com/ is one of the fellows that puts this together? Last year we had about 35 trucks, close to a dozen vendors, some re-in-actors, a MKT and a heck of a good time! Hoping to make it back this year and maybe meet some of you guys there.

I think we should definately do a local ride just for everyone to meet up. Sounds like lots of eastern NC guys on here that haven't done any trips yet. I started a thread to see the interest level:

I think the simpler plan the better just to get a small ride in place. I'd rather have more rigs out for a quick tour than some elaborate plan that only gets 1 or 2 trucks. Anyone interested, please post up in that thread.
