Welcome - I know that JEEP very well - but its NOT the same jeep like I left it in. That is all I can say about that.
Get the fuel tank cleaned - get some fuel cleaner and she will purr like a kitten - that is a FULLY rebuilt engine by Ball Engine. Its just a fuel issue from sitting.
