After much experimentation I will probably pull out the ranges. I need another griddle but might go with inserts custom made so I can put a pot on.

I figure I can construct an additional countertop where the ranges are that is removable. I will also create a cradle for one of the ranges... in this way I can run one off the deck if needed.

For portable ranges, why not use frame of angle iron to fit oven bottom flange into and use metal casters with brakes ? I move stuff with the 2x2 foot furniture dollies all the time and you could move oven and burner with no problem.
Do you have any ideas for spice racks or utensil racks once you are set up? I do not have that good a memory left to remember where I have stashed something. I look forward to trying out my cooker soon. Mark

I have already made a cart for the burners as a portable griddle onr burner rack. I thought it was on here. But you are reading my mind on the angle iron if you didn't know. LOL
