Picked up from CARMAN this weekend. Looking forward to a hopefully quick rehab and putting it to use. Much lighter than my M101 and once repaired will have surge brakes. I’ll be doing some searching here to find the part number for the brake reservoir and master cylinder. Fingers crossed the wheel cylinders are not rusted, but since the master is bone dry and rusted solid, I’m not optimistic. No matter, is has a good bed, bows and cover, and nice cabinets up front. I plan to remove the center tray up front, for more floor space for large items.
I could not find the TM, would appreciate a steer on that, along with the part numbers if anyone has them handy. I’ll be searching for 116a2 plenty in the coming days.
Still sewing new closure straps and have several tears in the top to close and reinforce. Soldier B was a big help horsing the heavy stiff old cover around the sewing table.
Speaking of my M101, it’s now for sale in the classifieds.

For the master cylinder, here's the one I just installed on my trailer. Haven't had a chance to test it yet, but it fit how it was supposed to

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0766456JR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It's aftermarket, probably Chinese made, but priced pretty good ($37)

For the actual one you'll need to go to croft trailer's website and order it there. About $110 for the standard (painted) version and $140 for the marine (zinc) version. Part number 10614.

It should just be the standard m116/m101 manual unless you're looking for stuff from the radar portion of the trailer, in which case I have no idea

Many thanks Coug, that's exactly what I needed. I got confused due to the multiple designations in the file name/title. Double thanks for the part #, looks relatively easy to obtain.
This has all I need.

Dexter and Redline both still carry the wheel brake cylinders.
Bearings, seals, brake parts, etc.
Croft Trailer carries all the factory parts for the surge brake assembly. HydroAct
Including the correct master cylinder.

It’s a simple system and easy to get going again.
Works wonderful and lasts for years when properly maintained.

Tinstar, I'm ordering parts now for the brakes and having trouble finding the part #s. I can't find a parts manual here on the site.
Any chance you have part #s for those Dexter/Redline wheel brake cylinders and other brake parts, or a link to a page where they might be grouped?
A friend is letting me store the trailer on his property, but I have to show "progress" on it so he doesn't get sore :)
