For what it's worth, I did a 4.10 swap on one of my trucks. I would have preferred to keep the 4.56 but I did the swap to achieve an objective. For the same given RPM of 2806, I gained 6 MPH of road speed. My 55 MPH is now 61 and 60 MPH is now 67. I can tell when towing. My current solution is going to be installing an SM465 to get back a little low end grunt.
