Newb.... with M1008

Does the bottom leaf look broken also? If so put a new set of springs on it. It makes a world of difference.

No it's not broken on the bottom..... however, it appears as if the spring is slightly bent by the rear shackle.

Turns out it did have a few broken leaves on top of a broken center bolt. Yeah it's getting new springs front and rear. Ouch, my wallet... lol

Its all good. It will sit much better and drive like new with a firm steady ride. I did it to several and it was a huge improvement.

Lol...... it has the ID plate on the drivers side door jam. It's not a conversion.

Didn't mean it's not a 1008 meant someone in the PD wanted the parts off of it.
