So if a decent cow goes 4-500 pounds, you get 300 out of that? Ok. We did process both of those bulls (although I won't do more than one at a time again). One was a 5x5 and the other a slightly larger 5x6. Pulling more than 50% net from a carcass? Hhhhmmmm?
