Newer style tailgate

I picked up a nos hmmwv tailgate with maybe 2 dozen staggered holes on the inside. I know some of the newer models have a thin armour plate on the inside. I also noticed in the tm that some models mount the mad ax to the inside of the tailgate.

Trying to find pictures of these tailgates to confirm the holes I have line up for this and also looking to see how the mad ax is mounted with a plate , straps, or fist grips etc?

The newer tailgates do not have any letters sticking out of them. IIRC. Can you post a pic of the tailgate? Both sides?

I have found the -1/-2 tailgates listed in the tms but not the -3
