NHC250 Cam Follower Gasket Question

Hi, I was just wondering if I replace my cam follower gasket with the same size gasket will I have to reset the timing? I've been checking the internet for the past few hours and nobody seems to give an exact answer about that. My gasket is seeping so I would prefer to just switch them out since my engine is stripped down anyway. I also figured it'd be a good way to take a good look at the cam and check the cam followers as well. Probably being a little over anal in the engine but just kind of want to make sure that when it's done I don't have to go back into it for awhile. Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

If you get some that have the thin red silicone bead on them, they go bead side to the block. Only 1 of those type in the stack up per box. If the stack you get is a couple of thousandths thicker, no big deal, the shims will compress a bit.
