NHC250 foreign object in cylinder.

Ok it is looking like the oil was not making it to #2 piston. Hence the overheating and failed piston. Pics tomorrow in the light.

I had a similar thing happen on a 24 valve Dodge Cummins. The piston oil squirter broke off on #6 piston. Melted that piston in short order.

I know the 250 doesn't have piston sqirters but I fully understand what happens when a piston looses lube and cooling oil.
