CUCVLOVER I laughed on this one .... exactly what happend when I decided to let my CUCV sit for a few months during winter ....although I charged both of my Batteries, one Batterie died, on the failed attempt to start the Glowplugcard fried, then the GP Relay died ...and I found a really really bad & messy contact on the firewall terminal.... once all this was fixed she fired right up. Since I drive regularly (sometimes as my daylie for weeks/months) nothing like this happend again.
I´m still worried about this winter...maybe when theres alot of deep snow we go for some rides along the field-trails ...where no movable saltshaker ever gets !
