You can drive SLOWLY and be prepared to PUSH REALLY HARD on the brake pedel, As the truck will (Eventually) stop, IF your braked were well serviced and adjusted prior, without the air assistance.
NOT recommended for any long distance.
Get someone to 'A' bar the truck if you can.
