No hole for crank position sensor

hello guys, I finally have the new GEP 6.5 for my humvee, but when reassembling I realized that the hole for the sensor is plugged. Can anyone explain me?

Pull it out, it’s a small freeze plug….get a drill bit and fill the plug with grease to capture the shavings, you can use a slide hammer or if hole big enough to pry it out…
