I turn the key and nothing. Starter does not engage, starter does nothing. Checked all fuses in the box. Charged both batterys. Tried again, same result. Any thoughts?

check fusable links going to 12volt block on fire wall next to glow plug relay

42. ENGINE WILL NOT CRANK (NO AUDIBLE CLICK FROM STARTER SOLENOID)
Step 1. Check 20 amp ignition fuse. (See paragraph 4-12)
Replace fuse if burned out.
Step 2. Perform
Electrical Troubleshooting malfunction #5.
To figure out what malfunction 5 is, open the -20TM and look in the troubleshooting section.

It was the starter relay. I did the Doghead Conversion. Truck started right up after I pulled the starter and replaced the relay. Thank You all for your help. Thank You Doghead for the conversion.
