Sorry, that's a screenshot from an order I placed with Mac Motors. It was the fastest way to get you the info (I was on my phone in my car).
Obviously the two parts you are looking for are the "windshield retainer REV" parts. The right and left are the same (just flip them) and then there's the center piece.
