I like to keep one eye on SS while I'm at work, and I use my iPad over the cell network in order to keep work stuff and personal stuff entirely separate. Our work PCs run corporate spyware, the company monitors every byte on the Internet connection, and I prefer for my personal stuff to not touch the corporate network at all.
Regular SS browsing and posting works just fine in the Safari web browser, although I don't know if I can post pictures without dropping into an app like Tapatalk (I haven't tried yet). One thing that doesn't work on iThings is the chat function, since it's Flash-based if I'm not mistaken, and iThings don't support Flash for various reasons.
If the chat function here was not Flash-based (I.e., if it would work with any standards-compliant browser without needing proprietary third-party plugins such as Adobe Flash), then more folks would be able to log in to it, particularly when they're not sitting in front of their home desktop or laptop.
Is there any chance of using a different chat module here?
