Yes, I think I have heard of this vehicle - or one like it. The story I heard was a wealthy Arab in the Middle east (Saudi Arabia?) had a replica 1950s era Power Wagon created that was 10 times larger than normal size. Who knows why he wanted it done; maybe he was bored.
