NSN 2590-20-006-8327 GPS Mount

I purchased a bunch of these GPS Mounts and I have no idea how they mount, and if they even mount on a HMMWV. Anyone no where they go?

another member here had those. I think it fits the plgr plastic mount as it is also 6 screws. I had not yet tried to verify. I tried to find a reference in any of the radio tm's but was unsuccessful.
