I'd just drop in an issue 200 amp, w/cable, but they require a three row pulley. Too much hassle, I think.

How does the Delco like Deep Water? Well Potted?

The one I have is dual voltage:
Part # 12447110
NSN 2820-01-407-0532

It is on a hmmwv, 100amp and dual voltage. I have a spare for big $$$.

Why would I need more than 60? Talking to MARS on the Radio, proper lighting package, Electric HVAC Add-on, Rear Electric Winch, need I go on?

I'm pretty sure I have a 100 amp alt, if you need one.

I think I have a 200 amp, also.

Can I ask what people are doing that with their trucks that they need more than 60amps?
100 amps is great to have for what opie65 stated, plus it has a built in 12vdc output which help the first battery plus allow for 12vdc aux equipment. For the hmmwv with the 4sp (4L80E), the transmission control module is 12vdc. The question should really be: Why would want a 200 amp unit?!" I believe one could weld with that! lol

Or two 200 amp units.... I might have to take up the 100, but I would prefer to find if the "M" series lives up to the promise and is interchangeable on the mounts, first.

Hence, the NSN question. The kit is in the TMs, but no NSN on the unit itself.

From page 594 (fig 230) of TM 9-2320-361-24P.
2920-01-419-8884

Fig 230 is of the whole kit to convert from 60 amp to 100 amp.

I can check tomorrow night the bolt patterns since I have 60-100-200 systems here. I also have a big alternator looking unit that might be what gimpyrob has.

I got the 725 just to off road. It has held up well. Creek crossings, mud, dust, not one lick of trouble yet.
