Odd electrical issue??

If that turns out to be the case at least I have a place to start from now. We'll see what happens I guess. I've always found it difficult to fix a problem when the symptom is gone.

I got tired of dealing with grounds that did not. So, I went to Grainger and bought new Inside/Outside star washers and put them on every ground I could find starting with the front signal lights. Each time I have had a problem since it was with a wire. Every time.
