OEM insulation

I have a 4 man soft top. It is missing the insulation on the passenger rear tunnel. Can Anyone tell if this is it from this Ebay ad: https://www.ebay.com/itm/302510015134?hash=item466f00829e:g:o0YAAOSwDFBZ-e4i

Also, it has painted plywood in 2 pieces that go between the front and rear seats. One smaller piece between front seats and a larger piece that goes almost to the rear of the soft top. I saw a video of a humvee that had the green "top of tunnel" soft type insulation. Does anyone know where I can find that.

On another question can anyone tell me how this lever works and what it is for? Its is in front passenger footwell just behind the louvers on outside of vehicle. I'm sure it is supposed to open or close a vent but I cant get it to move.

That link you posted is NOT for the RH rear tunnel. Your humvee was probably like most and did not come with that piece of pad. Only newer models have it. The link is for an m1114 pad piece.
That lever is for the fresh air vent. The rubber boot next to it should not completely cover it. You can shut the heat off, open the vent, and turn the fan on. That will blow fresh air from outside thru the interior vents.
Listing what model HMMWV you have can help explain the vent. Some cannot blow outside air thru the vents. Those would just be bringing fresh air straight into the cab.

I guess that is why I couldn't find it anywhere. Do you know if the pad from a later model will fit and if so what variant/model would I be looking for?

I read somewhere that the early four mans had only the drivers side insulation pad because the exhaust was on that side and would blister your leg otherwise.
The passenger rear insulation pads seem to have shown up on the models that incorporated the built in A/C systems.

M1165s come to mind.

This is the only pic I got of one at the moment. Its generally squarish with that notch for the seat belt. When you see one for sale, they have two wide strips of double sided tape running vertically on the back side

Thank you sir for the info. Looking at the picture pretty closely I don't know if that would work in my 998 as it has a storage compartment that I believe is riveted in. Well it could work I just might have to trim on it which wouldn't bother me at all. Thanks again.
