Highly doubt anyone has that kind of 100,000 ft view of the situation other than the militaries and they don't likely track it in that way. It would likely take a team of accountants and auditors to figure that out.
Plenty of them written off from damage, left or given to foreign nations, sent back to Oshkosh for A1P2 conversion, harvested for parts and the carcass sold as scrap.....

)..... endless possibilities.
Would probably have to assemble all the appropriate model designations and ask or search govplanet and other outlets for numbers sold.....
It's a LOT I'm quite sure. At least 2009 and older anyway. After that you get into armored chassis and those don't get sold they get "mutilated".
