Oil Pan Field Modification

When I took down my oil pan of my 1952 M37 I found that someone had carried out major surgery on the Baffle above the deep part of the oil pan.

Overhaul Data Tag shows last rebuild May of 1963

Oil Pan exterior was not painted OD Green but a more of a Ivy Green.

Could this mean the Oil Pan is off a civi truck?

Has anyone come across this type of Field Modification where someone took a cutting torch to the Baffle above the deep part of the
Oil Pan and cut away a large part of the baffle? Whoever did it used a cutting torch and left lots of slag and melted metal around the cut.

Can anyone provide a picture of the interior of the Oil Pan and a close up of the baffle above the deep part of the oil pan that is original condition?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks to Vintage Power Wagons my question has been answered.

Civi Car Oil Pan ---------------------------M-37 Style Oil Pan

Another difference is Car Oil Pan has a solid HEX oil drain plug

Other then these things it works fine and has been since 1972.
