Start at $300, and work up. It's still worth $500, but it's not a sin to be cheap.

Floor pans are available out there for it, as long as you are willing to do the work with a welder. Trust me on this: there will be more rot in that body than you think. Jeep bodies are notoriously rusty, and have been known to be Bondoed over in the worst way. I even fixed holes on my old CJ3A with silver duct/sheathing tape and spray painting over it. Made it look better, but just covered up the hole.

Oh, and in case the rust scares you - rusty old jeeps make the best kind of fun! You're not worried about scratching the paint job when you barrel through hedgerows and tree stands!
