I am still a few years from buying my first mv. Lots more research to do, but I will be there Saturday! Just a short drive from Seattle.

It's a l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-ng drive from Texas, but Pawnshop and I will be there! Buddy of mine, HellonwheelsV100 will be debuting his V at the show.

If you go, write your SS name on your nametag so SS'ers can recognize each other.

Cheers

Great! I'm looking forward to it. What are you bringing from Texas? May be an opportunity to sell some stuff.

It looks like I have a conflict and may have to attend on Friday. There's a class I'd like to take on Saturday that is career-related... Ho hum...

It was a blast. The WW2 War Corresondent display I set up with a collector friend of mine went well (you only see about 1/4 of it in these shots, i could never get a full show of the whole thing), I was pleased with how it turned out, and was certainly pleased with our joint display overall.
We didn't win any awards, though, but that wasn't why we set it up, anyway.

And here are some shots from some of the more interesting stuff I saw:

It was a beauty. Note the 3/4 ton Chaplain's trailer. this event had 8 operational DUKW's in attendance and they put them in the river for rides.
