OSHKOSH Truck Transfer Case

So I bought a Oshkosh transfer case from Gl. Well the problem is I don't know what its for. I wanted it for the shipping case its in. Goin to make a tool box out of it for my M35a2. I clicked on the more info button and I got this info
End use PALLETIZED LOADING SYSTEM (PLS) M1074, M1075, M1076, M1077.
Any of you have a use for this thing? Any info will be helpfull. Thanks Guys

It's for a PLS.. Not many of them out in the civy world...

If anybody wants it for a project I'll let it go cheap. know shipping might be a little high. Goin to run down to Jeff city and get it after the 7-17. Hopefully while I'm there I can figure out why my M35a2 won't start.

yep - PLS. you'll never have a use for it: the output rotations are quite funky (some CW some CCW, IIRC).

I don't know if its any good yet, M1075. But when I go get it I'll let you know.

that would be a cool up grade for a 5t, all the shifting is air , high and low and front drive, a lot of 6x6 concrete mixers have these
