Output Shaft Length

What is the Output Shaft length on a TH400 transmission with NP208 transfer case, out of a 1986 M1008 CUCV.

Can't seem to get a straight answer off of pirate 4x4, so i'm asking here.

Knowing the length is necessary so I can order a replacement transmission.

I came up with something between 2.375-2.5" measuring the core in the back of my truck.

Aah. Much appreciated kennyw. That seemed to be the number i was coming up with too. I just wanted to make sure before I dropped the money on a new transmission.
