Overdrive units....

Howdy all,
Looking for an overdrive unit for my M-1009. I looked at gear vendors, but I'm on a budget....Anyone know when I could get an overhauled unit??

if i was not going 4 speed i would deff use a 700R4 in my m1008

your going to put in a sm465? nice. love one behind a 6.2

ya i got one and it needs a rebuild and going full fydro clutch with a 205. someday a 203and a doubler to 205

search the form look up 400T to 700r4 swap so other will pipe in I did it with mine still getting what together I got 6.2 turbo with 700r4 in my 1009.

a 700r4 is a 4 speed automatic transmission the 4th gear is the over drive unit.
