parking brake

Just had my truck out for a nice long ride and I noticed that the parking brake is ratteling around in the drum and making some noise. I serviced the brake last year with new shoes and retainer spring. Just wondering if this is in need of a new spring or total rebuild? I did adjust it at the handle but its still ratteling around and sounds like a a ball vibrating in a bell.

There is more than one spring in the system. Might want to look to see if you have them all.
