Parking th M35A3

When I am out with my A3 and park it, I of course, use the parking brake and chocks. I leave it in Neutral.
sometimes it a pain if I am just running up to Home depot etc to use the chocks. As long as it is on level ground would it be ok to just use the brake and put the truck in a gear instead of neutral?

It is an automatic. It wont hold the truck from moving. The brake should hold it fine until it doesnt, but that would have to be your call. As for me, the chocks are easy to use and cheap insurance so why not?

makes sense kblazer87. I incorrectly assumed keeping it in gear would hold it.
