This tank mounted on the firewall looks like it may have a tube connected to the air compressor, is it an alcohol injection system?

Technically washer fluid is not blue either, it is colored when it is made. I have seen orange and pink washer fluid.
The air line seems to go back to the compressor outlet, 120 PSI would make a it a pressure washer.

Well, that's one way to get bugs off the windshield. Just don't forget and use it with the windscreen open.

I am leaning toward Alcohol Evaporator, blue fluid or not. (maybe some DF filled it with washer fluid)

It is an alcohol evaporator unit, should have a line running to the compressor(easiest way to check)
