Part numbers for X-Door mounted hinges

I've had an x-door delivered to me with the left side hinges cobbled and spaced inside out on the right side front door. Well that doesn't work. Looks ok until you mount it, but no go. I need to find the part numbers for the hinge so I can search and get the correct hinges coming. Any suggestions much appreciated.
