Parts enroute

Heading out tomorrow...Tucson>Florence, Or>Tucson. During pre-road-test checkout yesterday found one headlight dark. Anyone have a suggestion as to where I might pick one up enroute? Route is flexible; plan on driving largely daylight hours anyway, but one never knows.

Another thought: drag lights? I likely could order from OD Iron and have 'em delivered in OR, but I'd still have to rig some kind of pigtail with a plug I already have.

NAPA had my 24v headlights (Wagner brand). Sorry I don't have a part #.

I got one from Saturn Surplus. You could get them to ship one to an address enroute. If it was me, I'd just drive in the daytime if possible and have one delivered to your destination.

Thought about that. Might do it, if I can get hold of the guy I'm heading for in OR. Not heading out until I know he knows I'm coming for the boat!

Just a reminder, Lights work well in rain too. Some states have it in state law.

Kansas has a new law, lights must be on if wipers are on. Not in your route, but we had to get an idea like that from somebody...Glen

Do the brights work? You could run those until you pick up another bulb. That's what I had to do last time my low beam burned out.
