I've seen them on a few different vehicles and I think BMGparts.com has them. Also, see them for sale on G503 and ebay from time to time.

The Mk16 pintle mount will also fit, and I put a couple on my M114. I will see how many of the mounts I have like you have pictured and get back to you.

Basically it looks like the one your looking for is 7" tall and this one is 12" tall .it's the next one down on the BMGparts .com site.
