Yep mine was painted over before I got it. Everybody asks why I bought it, the plate will explain it.

I'm not sure the A3 is actually emp proof, might wanna research that if it's the reason you bought it.

I can't see why not - the only computer on the thing is the CTIS controller. The Cat 3116 and Allison AT1545P are purely mechanical.

More resistant maybe, but with fuel shut off, starter, generator, wring, batteries, and an auto transmission you still have to figure out how to start it. Would be better off with a manual a2 parked in a steel building on top of a hill if an EMP is what you’re worried about…
