Can I post my own personal parade? ;)
My wife and I were headed to Lakeway for their annual Independence Day parade this morning, but it was cancelled for thunderstorms and flooding while we were enroute, so we RTB'd.
I took this picture back at my place. It's a bit soggy, but I'm on top of a hill, so no flood threat for us. Inconvenient timing, but we sure needed all this rain.

I could probably make this a standalone post but it fits in here so nicely.
Anyway, Cheyenne Frontier Days is almost over for 2025. It was a busy time. Three days with Fort DA Russell Days, four downtown parades and one stadium parade. Lots of pictures!
