I have a winch that I will be cannabilizing to repair another winch I have, if I do not have the same problem as you, I will offer to sell the gear to you. I've been waiting for motivation and a warmer day to do this project, but I could snap into action soon if needed. PM me or let me know how you make out. It seems like someone had posted before that gear is available at Memphis for around $300! Yikes.
